The baby at 23 weeks

I went in yesterday for a Dr. appt and ultrasound. The ultrasound tech was kind enough to get a few pictures using the 3D machine. It's so fun to get a little glimpse of our little girl in there. We've studied her face, and by we I mean I, to figure out which one of the names we like fits her. But I think we'll have to wait until we see her in person to decide.

The party

This year Bo opted for the money we would've spent on a friend birthday party instead of the actual birthday party. I can't say I was too sad about that. We asked Bo what he wanted to do to celebrate his birthday and he decided he wanted to go to the mall and eat at Panda Express, then go to Pro Image to see they had anything he wanted to spend his money on and then go see the puppies at the pet store. So, we did all those things except eat at Panda Express. He spotted McDonald's in the food court and that sounded better to him. Big surprise. After the mall, Ross took him to Toys R us and he bought himself a new skateboard and ramp. I've yet to get any pictures of him and his beloved skateboard, but plan on getting some soon. I did however snap a few of Bo with his other new presents and his cake. Here they are, complete with Bo's famously fake smiles and all.

New cleats and a Denver Bronco jersey.

Happy birthday Bo!

Bo is 7 years old today. I don't know how he's so old already. He has been SOOO excited for his birthday for the last couple weeks. He made himself a little countdown calender that he taped up next to his bed, and has been crossing off the days until this magical day. This morning, he hopped into my bed and told me he was looking at his legs when he woke up and they look a little longer today. Crazy huh?

Here was Bo the day he was born, weighing 7 lbs. 10 0z. just like his pop did.

Bo LOVED the movie Spirit when he was 2.

This is the day he ran into a door frame when his Aunt Nicole was chasing him and had to get stitches.

This is his new pet baby rat he named 'Alias pepe spirit seabiscuit'. Uhhh, never leave naming a pet to a 3 year old.

Bo used to say the funniest prayers EVER. So, one day I decided to set the video camera up on the tripod and catch Bo saying one of his priceless prayers. After the boys went to bed, I listened to the video over and over and wrote down every word so I could scrapbook it. I'm so glad I've got this. I miss our little 4 year old Bo and this prayer reminds me of how he used to be. (FYI "Wiwy" is Lily in the prayer. Bo couldn't say his L's back then.)

If you're wondering where Bo is....well he has BSU tatoos on both sides of his face. So I decided his cheeks didn't really fit in with the theme today. Maybe next time. Bo was sure happy about it though.

A bun in my oven.....super cheesy, I know.

Every day for the last couple weeks, I've meant to take a picture of myself to document my growing belly. With the other kids I started around 20 weeks so I'm a bit late this time and feel guilty about for some reason. Anyways, I finally got around to having Ross take one today after church. Only 18 weeks left to go!

I caught em!

Mason and Bo Try to act like they don't like to play 'battle' with Mason's dinosaurs, Bo's horses and their Aunt Tara's old He-man toys anymore. They say they're too old and that's just for babies. But...........look what I caught them doing today after school.
